Hi there, I am going to take the CSA certificate in 2 weeks. I would like to ask for your recommendation on learning.
1. Can you tell me how difficult the questions are and what it will be about?
2. Does it contain the content of the Xanadu release?
3. What documents should I focus on?

I just cleared my exam. What mainly helped was doing ample amount of practice tests. I did take from ITEXAMSSTEST. Almost 80% of the questions on the exam were similar to these practice tests. Make sure you get at least 85% on these sets before going for the exam.

As an SN trainer, I can say that the CSA is the first and fundamental exam. It's hard to determine the level of difficulty, but I would say it depends on how well you understand the basics. For example, follow the eBook, read it 3-4 times, study the labs at least 3-4 times, and then you’ll be all set for the exam.
Your exam will be on Xanadu only.

It has been about 5 years since I last took my exam, so unfortunately I can't remember the types of questions, but I do remember it wasn't too difficult. If you've already been working as a ServiceNow Administrator, it shouldn't be a problem at all.
Have you reviewed the Now Learning resources or taken any classes? If not I highly recommend you check them out. Everything is free and on-demand:

- This outlines the courses that ServiceNow expects you to have completed before taking the exam. If you haven't taken the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course, I highly recommend you do!
