Hi Community!
For starters, this is my first post/question to the community!
I recently passed the CPOA exam and have scheduled the CPOP exam in a few weeks. To prepare for the CPOA exam, I made a cheat sheet of the exam scope and pulled together the various artifacts to help me study.
It appears the CPOP exam consists of very similar domains and exam scope with the only real difference being the number of questions. Does anyone have any other tips or tricks to prepare?

Hi
Greeting!!
I’m happy to support here. Being a CPOA and CPOP item writer, I can share my thoughts.
CPOA is mainly based on skill sets, which you’ll notice when you appear for the exam. CPOP, on the other hand, is a bit broader and includes more scenario-based questions—some simple, some more complex.
My recommendation is: when you take the CPOP course, read it line by line and try to think through the best possible answer for each scenario. Relate it to real use cases wherever possible.
It’s not just about understanding the concepts—also think from a real-world perspective and how you would apply them in practice.

Hi @jgreenwald ,
I’d like to share a quick tip. The recently launched ServiceNow course exam is designed to be more concept-focused.
Make sure you've gone through the course content thoroughly, and practice with mock questions to improve your time management during the exam.
Good luck!
