Problem with Servicenow university account sign on

Unable to access ServiceNow University

I am having a problem when I try and access servicenow university to pay for and sit my delta exams.

I cannot login to do this or access the help centre as I keep having a continiously loop of the servicenow university  screen loading and having this url error 

Each attempt results in an error:

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home

I have this year transferred my personal account and merged with company account so this may be have something to do with it. Have seen other posts here resolving this. Need this fixed in the next 2 days as I need to sit the exam but servicenow isn't letting me login.

Just to remind you ,

The ServiceNow Zurich release delta exam window has been opened on January 16, 2026, with a final deadline to pass on April 16, 2026. Failure to complete the delta exam and pay the annual maintenance fee  by this date will cause your certification to expire.
