I have completed my CSA course on now learning with all simulator activity and everything.
but still it is showing 99% completed due to which I am not able to claim voucher.
It's been more than 10 days I have raised a ticket there is no reply or update on that either.
I have completed each module twice just to make sure still no luck it is just stuck at 99%.

Hi
this Community cannot do anything in your case, and waiting for ticket resolution is the only chance to get your issue fixed.
I also was in that situation several times and waited several times for fulfilling the support ticket. Sometimes it took only hours and sometimes several days.
I recommend adding each day a comment like "Any news?" to your ticket.

Hi,
I also have the same issue in past month. I had raised case and got resolved the issue.
Better to create a case through help option in now learning. It will be taken care by supporting team.
If my answer help you, feel free to mark helpful and correct!
Thank you,
Sagar Pagar

Hi Utkarsh,
Since you've already submitted a case and are actively waiting for a response (I've had to wait over a week for a response sometimes)... give this a shot.. return back to your "Learning Paths in Progress" and view the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand card (just like the screen shot you shared).
See that white space at the top of the circle to the left of "+12"? Go ahead and click on the dot to see which module it is and open it. From the looks of it, that module is not 100% complete - perhaps, you may have been viewing a video and it did not complete all the way. If that's the case, let the video run to completion and see if that makes a difference.
