Progress is stuck on 99%

I have completed my CSA course on now learning with all simulator activity and everything.

but still it is showing 99% completed due to which I am not able to claim voucher.

It's been more than 10 days I have raised a ticket there is no reply or update on that either.

I have completed each module twice just to make sure still no luck it is just stuck at 99%.

I had the same issue, I closed all windows reopened the now learning page with the course. clicked resume ( it went to the step that was stuck) re-watched the video and that fixed the issue.
