Purchase certification vouchers in bulk and assign it to those who will be taking certification?

Hi all, our company is planning to send a few of our employees to certification. Is it possible to purchase certification vouchers in bulk and how do we go about it? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

If you are already using ServiceNow then as part of Licensing it in some cases there is a provision for Now Learning administration where Primary Customer Admin with the Employee access role, need to set up domain selection to facilitate account associations. If your email domain matches one registered by your company, then users can quickly find your company’s account by name and request access.

Earlier there was a concept of Learning Credits that you could use from the Company account pool that can be managed to pay for the trainings/certification vouchers. I don't now Learning credits are being offered. The best option is for the Admin contact to work with ServiceNow Sales/Licensing directly to check what discounts/benefits could be provided based on the bulk requirement of certifications to your employees.

"Learning Credits can be pre-purchased in bulk for ServiceNow Training and applied to any training solution" - clear benefit here: it is required to make one PO purchasing credits but not make multiple POs for each and every course subscribed.

And, "If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact training@servicenow.com or your local ServiceNow sales representative." 🙂

No, you can't purchase certifications in bulk, but you can purchase learning credit from your Service Account representative. By doing this, you can then give the respective persons learning credits.
