As a ServiceNow University Skills Consultant, I work with customers every day to help them get the most out of their investment in the platform. That means understanding their business goals, identifying skill gaps, and building tailored training plans, roadmaps, and strategies to scale capability across their teams.

 

But time and again, I’ve seen even the most well-intentioned projects struggle, not because of the technology, but because of basic platfrom knowledge from the team leading it. One of the most common pitfalls? The lack of a Centre of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI) or a CoEI that lacks structure, clarity and core platform knowledge. Often, CoEI's are led by individuals with limited ServiceNow background, and even less formal training to guide their most basic decision making for the platform

 

That’s why I’ve created a simple resource to help customers get their CoEI training foundations right.
