I got the eligilibity for the CAD voucher at free of cost at the month of april when i completed the internship in AICTE by completeing the course called ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand but now i want to redeem that voucher it asks me to pay 300usd for exam appointment .Can you please look into this and rectify my problem.

Hello KATTAMURIR,

Yes the voucher only indicates that you have completed the training. You will still need to pay for the exam.

The trainings are free, but you need to pay $300 plus taxes to claim the exam voucher
