Regarding CSA exam

• I purchased the ServiceNow CSA exam voucher on December 25, 2024. At that time, I did not register or schedule the exam; I only created a Webassessor account.
• My voucher expiry date is December 25, 2025. Since the voucher is still valid, I have been trying for the past two days to schedule the exam before it expires. However, when I attempt to schedule the exam, no available dates are being displayed.
• I would like to understand why this issue is occurring and whether there is any solution to resolve it. Kindly let me know how I can proceed.

on 18th November there was a transition between exam platforms - from legacy Webassessor to the current Pearson VUE. And that change also means that the vouchers are not used anymore, after this date the exams are both registered and scheduled directly at the SN University, go to your profile and there's My exams tab to do so.

Check if you are able to register for your CSA exam at the My Exams tab and if not, create a case at the ServiceNow University (the Help Centre in the top menu) for assistance.

Just remember that the voucher was kind of a key that unlocks the opportunity, you will still be expected to pay to sit the exam - it's 300 USD + taxes. More about it here:

Voucher or not, you will need to pay in order to register for the exam and then you can schedule it (it must be before passing 90 days after registration).
