I purchased the ServiceNow CSA exam voucher on December 25, 2024. At that time, I did not register or schedule the exam; I only created a Webassessor account.
My voucher expiry date is December 25, 2025. Since the voucher is still valid, I have been trying for the past two days to schedule the exam before it expires. However, when I attempt to schedule the exam, no available dates are being displayed.
I would like to understand why this issue is occurring and whether there is any solution to resolve it. Kindly let me know how I can proceed.
