No, the topic "Securing a ServiceNow Instance" is not explicitly listed in the latest Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam blueprint. This topic was part of the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course in the previous version (Xanadu) but has been removed in the current version (Yokohama). As a result, it is not included in the CSA exam.
The CSA exam blueprint focuses on the following key domains:
Platform Overview and Navigation – 7%
Instance Configuration – 11%
Collaboration – 20%
Database Administration – 30%
Self-Service & Process Automation – 20%
Introduction to Development – 10%
While instance security is not a standalone topic, it is implicitly covered under Instance Configuration and Database Administration, particularly in areas such as user administration, access control, and application security.
If my response helped please mark it correct
Thanks, and Regards,
Suyash
