Voucher for CSA not letting me purchase

I have completed all the courses, have the voucher showing up in my list. I can fill in all the info for paying for the voucher, but won't let me put in card info.

It looks like it's a site issue. The sales tax is 18%. Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work, log a new learning case and the team will assist you.

Hi as i have done service now system administration fundamentals on demand as i got the voucher when i click on clain its asking me to pay so can you guide me how  to access it free
