Hi, if you have an issue with an examination, then I believe you will need to raise it with the company providing the examination.
You might also want to raise a support case in nowLearning portal, so that there is some record of your issue,
although I suspect nowlearning will advise you to contact the exam supplier\scheduler.

My CSA exam was scheduled on 2nd October,after the completion of room check and all other settings,I was instructed to start the exam

 
 
But,when I started the exam,after a minute,the exam has been paused for a while,then the screen shows,"wait till the support team connects you"
 
 
 
After a time,i was asked to correct my camera and so I did.Support instructed to wait for further information
 
 
When I waited for 5 mins,they have replied saying "Your exam has been suspended"
 
 
I didn't know the reason behind it,even they didn't inform me about the mistakes and I have not occurred any errors during exam.
 
 
 
May I know the reason for suspension of my certification exam.
 
 
 
 
Hope you reply back soon,because my exam voucher is about to expire by 4th of October
 
 
If you have the valid reasons of suspension of my exam,provide them.Otherwise, reschedule my CSA exam date for tomorrow
