Request for consideration of a complimentary retake for CAD certification exam

I hope you are doing well.

I recently attempted the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification exam. Unfortunately, I did not pass.

I am a student, and paying the examination fee again is financially difficult for me. I have been working hard to learn the ServiceNow platform, and this certification is very important for my career.

I kindly request you to consider providing me with a complimentary retake or any available discount, voucher, or financial assistance that would allow me to attempt the exam again. I assure you that I will use the additional time to prepare thoroughly and give my best in the next attempt.

I completely understand if this is not possible, but I would be very grateful if you could consider my request.

There is no one in the community who can help with this.

As per the policy, if you fail the exam, you need to pay &attend the exam again. I know it is difficult, but unfortunately, that is the policy.
