Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

Hello ,

I had scheduled for CSA exam and when i reached the center they didnot allow me for the exam as there was a mismatch in my name.In webassessor account my middle name became first name and hence there is a mismatch between the webassessor account and the the name which i have in my ID proof..When i tried to update my name in webassessor  its not allowing me as its disabled.

Now when i am trying to reschedule the exam in webassessor ,it is asking to pay some amount.

Could you please help me understand the next steps.

Any other/alternate way?

This is not correct. Webassessor is not ServiceNow. So emailing ServiceNow won't help. Seek contact through webassessor. There's a "Contact" link there.

What Mark said is actually correct. I was earlier under the impression that you wanted to make a change in the certification. Kindly check with web assessor, they shall be able to assist you.
