Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

Hello ,

I had scheduled for CSA exam and when i reached the center they didnot allow me for the exam as there was a mismatch in my name.In webassessor account my middle name became first name and hence there is a mismatch between the webassessor account and the the name which i have in my ID proof..When i tried to update my name in webassessor  its not allowing me as its disabled.

Now when i am trying to reschedule the exam in webassessor ,it is asking to pay some amount.

Could you please help me understand the next steps.

For this case Go to help center in now learning portal and create a case and mention your requirements  regarding name change there  you will get the support from service now in few minutes.
