Request to change my name in webassessor and reschedule my Exam

Hello ,

I had scheduled for CSA exam and when i reached the center they didnot allow me for the exam as there was a mismatch in my name.In webassessor account my middle name became first name and hence there is a mismatch between the webassessor account and the the name which i have in my ID proof..When i tried to update my name in webassessor  its not allowing me as its disabled.

Now when i am trying to reschedule the exam in webassessor ,it is asking to pay some amount.

Could you please help me understand the next steps.

try to elaborate your request in short description and use (I need assistance regarding...certifications with Web assessor) in case creation category. And also there may be some delays in weekends try creating a new case in the start of a new week.

I am facing the same issue could you solve it and give your exam ? I used my voucher to register is it possible to use again .

If the scheduled date more than 48hrs, you cancel the registeration and register again. or if it is less than 48hrs then you need to connect via chat in same webassessor app(some help button bottom right)

Support team got back and my name got changed in webaccessor I can write exam now.
