Reschedule the CIS.DF - Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM )

I was scheduled to take the CIS.DF - Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) exam using OnVUE, but I was unable to start the exam because of network issues. Please help me reschedule my exam.

So, as the exam date has already passed and you were unable to start the exam, you will need to log a new learning case for this rescheduled attempt. The team will then guide you through the next steps.

You can reschedule it online through ServiceNow University by accessing your Pearson VUE dashboard..

Instructions

To reschedule your exam:

1. Login to ServiceNow University.
2. Navigate to My University in the navigation header, select My Exams, then go to the My Current Exams widget where you can view your scheduled exam.
3. Select View on the relevant exam card. The exam item overview page opens.
4. Select one of the links below to navigate directly to the exam option section you selected during scheduling:
   NOTE: The exam option that was selected when the exam was scheduled cannot be changed during rescheduling.
   
   • In person at a test center
   • Online with OnVUE

If you didn’t show up for your exam, it’s most likely counted as a failed attempt.

Rescheduling is only possible within a certain window before the exam start time, which depends on whether it’s proctored or onsite. I’d recommend to raise a support case from the SN University.

You can explain your situation but keep in mind that they may not accept it. Good luck!
