Retaking the CSA Exam – Looking for Study Tips and Resources

Hi everyone,

I took my CSA exam back in December and now have the opportunity to retake it. I really want to make sure I’m better prepared this time around.

Aside from the official training site, I’m looking for additional resources or strategies to help the concepts really stick and improve my chances of passing.

Does anyone have tips, study methods, or recommended materials that helped them succeed? Whether it’s practice questions, videos, books, or your personal approach – I’d really appreciate any advice!

• To better prepare for the exam, I recommend thoroughly going through the admin course and reading the associated ebooks.
• Additionally, practice as much as possible through online resources.

For any SN mainline exam, the ebook or training materials are always the best and most reliable source of information. Since you've already completed the CSA, you just need to review the material. Go through the ebook a few more times, review the labs, and you'll be well-prepared for the exam. This exam will be based on the Xanadu release, so I recommend going through the Xanadu Delta study guide available on Now Learning as well.

 the online material provided by ServiceNow is sufficient. I would recommend you to read in thoroughly one more time and utilize the time to understand every bits and parts.
