I'm curious why Now Learning is retiring a lot of the Next Experience courses centered around OOTB Process workflow inside of ServiceNow. These were so useful in familiarizing process users with what the OOTB process offered to help guide them away from a 'lift & shift" mentality and instead help them visualize the possibilities available.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Valid point. Might be log a now learning case and see if team can help but if SN decided to retire these courses, it will be get retire and might be get new course as well.

The Now learning course always updated which means new courses added and old are removed. The reason can be for above issue , Sn heading to use more on Flow not on workflow. May I Know what courses you are referring here.
@David Giammona @Ravi Sandhu is might be helpful here.

I understand that content changes over time, but there is no indication that new versions are being released. Instead the message seems to be referring folks to Welcome to ServiceNow course, which is a great overview of SN but not detailed enough to cover the OOTB processes. As a new customer going through implementation, I've found these process-user courses a great tool in familiarizing folks with what SN offers OOTB. I would not expect to use it for end-user training since we'll likely have some variation from OOTB, but it was a nice way to prep process stakeholders before the workshops are held so they are prepared and not overwhelmed. If there is similar content out there that I'm not seeing, I'd love to be pointed in the right direction.
