Last month, ServiceNow released the San Diego update to the Now Platform, enriching it with the new Next Experience modern design and expanded hyper automation tools. The Training and Certification team is pleased to announce the release of our updated courses and content in Now Learning that supports the San Diego release.
Take note of some of the main highlights in the San Diego training release.
Instructor-led courses are updated to incorporate the San Diego platform release. If you’ve already taken an instructor-led course and have a mainline certification to maintain, go to Now Learning to complete your San Diego delta exams that become available on May 5, 2022.

Get Started with Encryption in ServiceNow is a new course that provides a comprehensive overview of core and advanced encryption skills and solutions in ServiceNow.
Introduction to ServiceNow Themes is a new course that explores the different methods you can use to apply Themes to your ServiceNow instance to provide a customized experience for your users.
Customer Service Management (CSM) Fundamentals On Demand is updated to the San Diego release and introduces the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application to learn how to efficiently manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Event Management Fundamentals On Demand is updated to the San Diego release and provides the latest information, including technical exercises, to help students gain hands-on experience with the Event Management application.
Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Fundamentals On Demand is updated to the San Diego release and teaches the setup, configuration, and use of the ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) applications.
