yesterday
I am working on this section trying to perform this step:
1. Navigate to All > Knowledge > Administration > Knowledge Bases.
2. Select Human Resources General Knowledge.
When I go to the Knowledge bases there is no selection available for Human Resources General Knowledge.
Can anyone provide a work around or solution?
Thanks
Duane

Hi @duanecourtn,
is this a part of any lab or training?
The HR module is a subject of plugin installation, have you installed it?
If you go to All and search for HR Cases, do you see it there?
If you see Cases and not the KB, it might be deleted, if you don't see Cases and neither KB it could indicate that the HR is not enabled in your instance.
Please refer to this article Activate Case and Knowledge Management
Let me know if you installed it and still cannot access the KBs
/* If my response wasn’t a total disaster ↙️ ⭐ drop a Kudos or Accept as Solution ✅ ↘️ Cheers! */

Hi @duanecourtn ,
Please review the below points-
1. Check for Permissions-
Ensure your user has the appropriate roles:
-knowledge_admin,admin
-Or a custom role that includes read access to that Knowledge Base
2.Module Not Installed
The Human Resources scoped app or Knowledge base might be part of a plugin that isn't installed
Go to System Definition > Plugins -- Search for: "Human Resources Scoped App: Core"
If not installed, talk to your system admin about installing it.
Thank you!!
