ServiceNow Administration Advanced (Zurich) ebook not showing in inkling

I have tried 

  1. unenrolling to the course and enrolling again 
  2. creating new login for learning university
  3. installed inkling app and then tried 
  4. as suggested by support rep, did in-cognito , cleared browser cache

The SNAA (Zurich) inkling book is just not showing up.

 

Need help with getting access to SNAA (Zurich) ebook.

Did you follow below given Steps as per the ServiceNow documentation:

Resolution

  1. Check Email for Instructions: 
    Look through your email or spam for a welcome confirmation messages "Welcome to your ServiceNow Inkling Account". ServiceNow Inkling access details are provided through email.
  2. Whitelist Email:
    Your organization might be preventing the receipt of new learning emails. Ensure that the company has added the email to its whitelist - learning@service-now.com.
  3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
    Sometimes, stored cache or cookies in your web browser may cause access issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and then attempt to log in again.
  4. Verify Credentials:
    Ensure that your username and password are entered correctly.
  5. Reset Password:
    If your issue is related to login problems, utilize the security questions established during your initial login to reset your password:
    1. Go to ServiceNow’s Inkling Library
    2. Click Forgot password
    3. Enter your username 
    4. Enter your answers to the security questions.
  6. Refer Resetting your Inkling (eBook) password and resending your welcome email , for Self Service.

I just enrolled to the class and the eBook tab is available, to access it, just follow the instructions below there.

 

Navigate to: ServiceNow Administration Advanced (Zurich) and see eBook section:
