ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand Lab 5.1 "Cloud Dimensions" Company Is Missing

I have just begun lab 5.1 and have not had any other issues with any of the previous labs. First direction for lab 5.1 is:

Define primary company as Cloud Dimensions

1. As System Administrator, navigate to All > User Administration > Companies.
2. Configure the List Layout to add the Primary column to the list view.
3. Filter on Primary is true.
4. Verify Cloud Dimensions is listed.

However, when I follow these steps the only thing that populates is a record titled "Your name here"

What am I missing?

So it is same in my PDI.

Did you miss any steps before this, such as creating the company? If yes, please address that. If not, as a last attempt, try replacing "Enter your name here" with "Cloud Dimension" and check again.

These steps are the first steps in lab 5.1. If naming such company is a step listed in previous labs I may have missed this but I haven't ran into any issues yet and all labs until now have checked out. I will rename this as a last resort though and double check the instruction of previous labs for this Company name and get back with you.
