ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) Lab 3.2.1

Hello ServiceNow community,
In the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) Ebook, Lab 3.2.1, section 1, step 4, it says:

No such notification appeared for me.
Additionally, I seem to be in the "global scope" even when I select the "Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace" scope

Restarting the instance is undesirable, as several labs have already been completed.

 

I would be willing to restart my instance if I could manage to have it automatically update to lesson 3.2.1. Is this possible?

Hi @HarryChilin 

Terminating the instance won’t solve the issue — the problem might be that the correct steps weren’t followed. Since you've already received the new instance, please give it a try and share your feedback accordingly
