ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals

Hello Everyone,

I have worked during more than 20 years in bank industry and during 5 years on ITSM ServiceNow platform. 

I'm just started training on Now Learning. I completed Welcome to Service Now course. 

My goal is to obtain the implementer expert certification. 

I would like to continue with ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course but it's not free 😉 I'm in freelance and it's my own compagny that should pay it. 

Before to continue with this course, i woud like to know what is included in this course ? Is it mandatory to pursue toward implementer expert certification ?

Yes, this course is not free as you are / your company is not ServiceNow partner. The Admin training is first and basic basic one which cover

- SN Platform overview

- Filter and Navigation

- Form

- Table

- SLA

- Notifications

- Search

- List
