On Demand lessons not appearing as completed

I am trying to complete the ServiceNow Administration Advanced On Demand (Vancouver) and have watched all of the videos.  However, they are not showing as complete (green checkmark).  I would like to complete this course and don't want to watch the videos over and over and over again.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ptaylor2024 - I had this issue myself a couple of days ago. It happens from time-to-time, and while it's annoying, it's usually resolved with a little persistence.

1. Try logging out and logging back in to Now Learning.
2. Go back to the section where the green tick is missing.
3. Start the video again. Hover over it and use the mouse to advance as far forward as you can. Watch the rest of the video (on the 2x speed setting if that helps).
4. Hopefully after that, when it get to the end, the green tick will appear.
5. If not, go back to Step 1 and try one more time.

That worked for me ... I hope you have similar success!

Just to add, if it still doesn't work, raise a Support case and the agent should sort it out in a few hours.

The reason can be you close the video before end time might be few seconds earlier then the end time. Try to  complete the video. if not work out, log a now learning support case via Now Learning Help Centre from home page ( left side 3rd option)
