ServiceNow Administrator Certification lost

Hi,
I got a ServiceNow certification on a previous ServiceNow version (I think it was Istanbul), but lost the link to my profile because I changed my email address. How do I get that certification reinstated against my new email address and ServiceNow login on servicenow.com? I wanted to then perform any deltas against this certification to get up to speed.

Don't loose hope. Log a Now Support case to transfer your certs from old email to new email account. This wil take 5-7 days but it will be done.

create case from Now learning platform and wait for response. It takes time but you issue will be resolved.

Hi @GKD1 - if you're saying you haven't taken any deltas since gaining your CSA in the Istanbul release (2017), then I'm sorry but there's no way ServiceNow will reinstate your certificate.
Everyone is required to take regular deltas to maintain their certs (previously six-monthly, now annually).
Your only option is to take the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course and then sit the exam again.
By all means raise a ticket via Now Learning, but they'll tell you the same thing.

Based on your question, the answer from Simon is the only correct one.
There have been several delta's and ServiceNow did communicate a lot on this subject.
You did mention to perform deltas to get up to speed. That's not what the delta's are for. They are not a magical trick so you now the gap between a previous release and the current one. For that you do need to do way more research.
