Hi, I have a CSA certification done in Rome version and later I upgraded to Tokyo delta. Now my main certification is at risk need to pay $200 or 200 LC(learning credits) before Feb 13. And has to give Delta exam. which latest delta version I need to give? Path to access it? Is there any chance to earn the LC by completing courses or any vouchers available currently? Or do I really need to pay $200 for my certification to be valid?
Please guide me.

Hi @Youva Vyshnavi ,
You must take the Vancouver Delta Exam. You need to pay 200 USD or 200 learning credits for that exam.
Mark my answer as accepted solution and helpful if helps you.
Thanks,
Nivedita Patil.

can you please explain 200 learning credits? Does that include trainings attended on my learning in a year?

Hi @Vipin Verma3 - no, learning credits are only relevant if you work for a ServiceNow partner company. Partners have learning credits they can use to pay the cost of staff training. So nothing to do with an individual's prior training during the year.
