Hi Everyone... Please help with my query and suggest your opinions.
I have completed my course and written my CAD certification exam on March 06, 2024 (through my company partner portal). In my nowlearning profile CAD certification is showing that Expired. After completion of my CAD exam there is no delta exams happened, within 3 months how it will be expired, approximate time is 1 year right.
After my observation in nowlearning portal, they increased the course fee 300$ to 500$ (when i have taken it is 300$), Servicenow expired my Certification.
And the course which i have taken is showing as expired.
Now new CAD course showing the fee is 500$ in nowlearning portal, and showing course completed on march 1, 2024.
They need to take new course fees 500$ from the users who are taking the course newly, for already completed persons they don't charge right ? Because of these new course changes they can't make the certificates expire right??
Please help anyone and suggest me... do i need to retake the course and CAD exam (or) servicenow will they make my certificate ACTIVE defaultly or not(Because it is their mistake only right).

Hi Mark Roethof,
Thanks for your reply.
They (Servicenow) not providing any cause for the certification invalidation process.
Just they are saying that need to pay 200$ for re-certification, no need to do the course again. Please see the above screenshot.
Thats what iam wondering, Now i can able to see the new CAD course fee is 500$, when i have taken it was 300$ only.

The price change from 300$ to 500$ is known, so no point in bringing that up.
If you follow this, what does this provide? (I have no clue, that's why asking, or as that just the info to pay 200$)
Kind regards,

Hi Mark Roethof...
Thanks for your reply.
It is just providing the details regarding CAD certification expiry. No other details.
If they increased course price means, they need to charge from new users taking the course right. Not from already completed users asking extra course money was not correct.
If company sponser's new vouchures to it's employee's then its ok, But all other users who completed their courses recently theough their personal accounts will not pay again and write the exams(small companies will not provide money for the new course again to its employees)

I can understand the pain and as @Mark Roethof Said none of community member help here. If you want to recertification, need to pay no other choice mate.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
