Hi Everyone... Please help with my query and suggest your opinions.
I have completed my course and written my CAD certification exam on March 06, 2024 (through my company partner portal). In my nowlearning profile CAD certification is showing that Expired. After completion of my CAD exam there is no delta exams happened, within 3 months how it will be expired, approximate time is 1 year right.
After my observation in nowlearning portal, they increased the course fee 300$ to 500$ (when i have taken it is 300$), Servicenow expired my Certification.
And the course which i have taken is showing as expired.
Now new CAD course showing the fee is 500$ in nowlearning portal, and showing course completed on march 1, 2024.
They need to take new course fees 500$ from the users who are taking the course newly, for already completed persons they don't charge right ? Because of these new course changes they can't make the certificates expire right??
Please help anyone and suggest me... do i need to retake the course and CAD exam (or) servicenow will they make my certificate ACTIVE defaultly or not(Because it is their mistake only right).

Your all points are valid and agree its not possible for companies to provide extra budget.
Just to sure did you any email ServiceNow that your cert is going to expire?
Also, if your company not pay extra money it is equal loss for org as well. They are also losing certification on their list.

Hi Atul,
I have not received any mail from Servicenow regarding certification expiry.
when iam searching for the new course in nowlearning portal, i have observed this issue.
Both CSA and CAD coursed are expired (300$), new courses available for both CSA and CAD.
Please check with anyone in your organisation (or) community who are completed their CSA and CAD certifications in/after March 2024 and check the status of that certifications.

Posted this query to get some information on it, but community members can't do anything. It is completely Servicenow side issue. Anyway... In the community some people will know about it, how nowlearning course team will do certifications invalid by intensionally to earn money. But this is not correct way of doing things by a reputed organisation: Servicenow.
Everyone... please keep an eye on your certifications weekly/monthly.

So did they eventually provided any insights or hints or whatever what caused the invalidation?
Personally I haven't experienced this, and do hold 10+ certs already for a lot of years. There must be a reason for what caused the invalidation for you?
Was there for example some misconduct? Or a security violation? Etc? ServiceNow doesn't do this just for fun.
Kind regards,

Hi...
They are not provided any information/cause for the invalidation.
If they provided any information like, for example: misconduct Or a security violation then its fine. But they said that need to pay 200$ extra in webassessor for re-certification and they mentioned that no need to take the course again (please check in screenshot above i have shared)
I have checked with some other persons who already completed their CAD and CSA courses after March 2024. Their certifications also happened like this.
I have checked the CSA course as well in nowlearning portal. 300$ course is Retired and new course 500$ one available.
Whoever completed the CSA with 300$ also having the same issue.
Please check with anyone in your organisation (or) community who are completed their CSA and CAD certifications in/after March 2024 and check the status of that certifications.
