Can someone assist on this? Is there any way to make it 0 USD. So i can take my certification further.

Note: My servicenow account is also linked to partner portal, even after that it shows 0 USD.

I don’t think you can make it $0, but the best thing is to speak to your manager or the person leading this process. The course cost entirely depends on the agreement between your company and SN. For example, in my previous company, all courses were free along with vouchers, but in the company before that, it wasn’t the case. So it’s better to check with your manager.
