webassessor exam record not syncing with servicenow profile

I hope you are doing well.
 
I recently took the CIS SAM exam through webassessor 
 

The exam result is currently visible on WebAssessor.

however  it is not appearing under my MyExam in my service now

I tried to check and update the webassessor email address field on the servicenow portal but the field no longer appears in my profile settings.

 

 it has now disappeared so I cannot verify or correct linked email if in case that there is a typo. But it should be linked.

 

Could you please assist with:

 

  1. Confirming and linking my webassessor account to my servicenow certification profile?
  2. ensuring my exam record is properly sync so that I can retake the exam
