Concise presentation that explains the basics of utilizing Service Now as an Administator. It has good interaction where necessary without being obtrusive or time consuming.
Again, my only suggestion would be to allow for voice over option or not since to accommodate the various learning types.
This Foundation course package is perhaps the best thing to do once we get inside ServiceNow. It feels like I am actually working with the tool and not just going through some Video tutorial.
It was very informative and gives a basic foundation if you want to start working with ServiceNow. Very Good. Would Like if another module comes up with an audio explanation as well.
Enjoyed this good basic introduction. It would be nice to have a follow-on that gets into a little more detail without needing to take the 3 day class.
Starts at very basic level and provide an excellent overview on the product. Definitely recommended for those who do not have ServiceNow background and looking to gain basic knowledge.
I saw a mention of a quiz after each of modules 2 through 6, but they did not come up, nor was there a link I could see after each of those modules. Do they still exist? Is there some other way to demonstrate completion of these modules since it is a pre-req for other training? Thanks
The Foundations course has been updated since then. Now, it is interactive without quizzes. There is not a way to demonstrate the completion of the modules. You will not be asked for proof of completion before other trainings.
