I strongly believe the ServiceNow Fundamentals training which today costs USD 300 (Online paced but I understand has been decomissioned) or even USD 2400 through virtual class. should be free for everyone to have a good understanding on how the platform works. I would make it mandatory for every service desk agent to take before touching the platform.

This video set is great, but its already 4 years old? Unless they are kept updated? Not sure

Having such steep training costs for adoption of the platform is detrimental to its purpose.

I completed the paid Fundamentals course and I prefered the free https://developer.servicenow.com/ site for self learning the fundamentals.

How to see the progress within this section?

I am watching videos, but I am unable to distinguish where the progress is being tracked.

- I am logged into Now Community.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately, it does not have any progress as it is an Article. It is something as we know what we watched.

Please email NowCreators@servicenow.com and let us know your email address. We can track which videos you've watched and how many times you've watched them. If we have your email address, we will let if you've watched them all or which ones you are missing so you can get milestone completion.

In our organization we can't see these videos as they are embedded in the web pages. These sessions seem to be available on youtube. Can you publish the youtube links for each session / video?

Hi Hari. Not all of these videos are available on YouTube, but those that are appear in the ServiceNow Essentials playlist. However, because YouTube doesn't track your views of these videos, if you watch them there, you won't get credit for the Now Creators Super badge.

Hi Team,

I have watched the all 31 ‘ServiceNow Foundations Videos’ but in my profile nothing is got tracked. Please advise.

I watched all 31 videos, Bookmarked it, Liked it, Comment it, Subscribed it but nothing got tracked in my profile. There is no points/badges in achievement tab.

Hi,

Watching the videos isn't tracked in Now Learning so won't appear in your Now Learning profile. BCELSTEI is correct. You'll received a completed Now Creators milestone but there are no badges associated with it.
