Hi Clo!

This is a task assigned to ServiceNow employees as an on-boarding tool. Once you have finished watching the videos, you should be able to mark the task complete by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the "complete" button. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Once you click complete, the task should disappear from your to-do list in the Employee Portal! If you cannot see this button or if the task still appears after watching the videos and clicking it, then I would report an issue on the Employee Portal.

Hello All,

I am new to Service now and have recently joined the team as a QA tester. I am looking to do a certification and by definition found that CSA is a good one to start with.

I can't attend the instructor led training as it is very costly and so I am planning to take the "On Demand" free course. Please suggest me if the "On Demand" free course will be good enough:

  • To take the certification exam post completing the training.
  • Also, will I receive a link to buy the voucher
  • What will be the cost to buy the exam voucher post completing the "On Demand" training

Be aware that videos have to be completely watched till the end. That is, if it's a 5:22 video, it has to be watched to 5:22 and not just to 5:21.

Excellent knowledge sharing.

Hope you have idea about ATF, please do videos about validate notifications (triggered notifications) for incident. What are the steps we need to validate a triggered notification in incident table.

Also, how to validate inbound email actions through ATF. 

Please do these videos and It would be very helpful.

For CSA certification, you can enroll yourself in now learning on demand path - ServiceNow Fundamentals (refer below link).

After successfully completed the course, you will receive voucher code which will be having 1 year validity and you can use it in webassessor for registering exam.

If you are interested in the CSA certification, you have to take the Servicenow Fundamentals course in which you will cover the following modules:

Hello all, I have finished the ServiceNow Fundamentals (18 module) Course and related Simulator tasks as well. In one of the videos it is advised to finish Capstone Project before taking the exam but I couldn't find it anywhere! Can someone help me ? 🙂

Dear @katharine.campbell , you say these are not tracked or assessed but the Administrator star milestone expected me to complete watching all these videos which I did still it did not register my time invested in watching these videos and the milestone still shows "incomplete"

I am logged in as you can see, my name appears when I comment. Can you please help me with this? Cannot spend so much time again going through all these videos just to complete the milestone.

Hi,

These are two separate things. Katherine's post was referring to pre-requisites for Now Learning courses. There are no Now Learning courses that use these as pre-requisites. It's just a suggestion for some of the beginner courses. 

Now Creators uses these videos as an activity for the Star level. The key is you have to be logged into Now Community because it's the only way that it can be tracked. Please send an email to NowCreators@servicenow.com so we can use your email address to check the logs. We will be able to tell you how many you have watched.

Hi,

The foundation videos are a suggested pre-requisite so there's no requirement to watch them. If you are participating in the Now Creators program, watching the videos will give you milestone completion for "Increase your knowledge of ServiceNow foundations" for the following roles:

  • Administrator
  • Developer
  • Service Owner
  • Business Process Owner

If you would like milestone completion, ensure you are logged in to Community (at all times) and watch the videos to the end. After you've watched all the videos, the milestone will be marked as completed and you will be on your way to achieving a super badge.
