Hi All,

Do you know where I can find the link for this training "ServiceNow Fundamentals on Demand"  (duration: 7.5 hours) ???

Do you  know if Snow have replace the training by a new one? I'm no able to find the link. I saw a lot of comments about this training since 2020, but maybe the training was replaced by a new one... I'm not sure.

If you're looking to take the course to sit for the CSA, then ServiceNow Fundamentals was replaced with ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals

If you're not ready or unsure if you want to sit for the CSA, then I would recommend starting with the Welcome to ServiceNow course. It's shorter and free, but it will not satisfy the requirement to take the CSA exam.
