ServiceNow Fundamentals Xanadu - Lab 4.1.1 (Section 2) -Additional actions not showing Form Builder

ServiceNow Fundamentals Xanadu - Lab 4.1.1 (Section 2) - Additional actions not showing any of the actions like Save, Configure or export etc. I am trying to access Form Builder for Holographic Handheld HHD.

Hi @BhavkhandanG ,

 

Navigate to list view and right click on any column. From the context menu - Click on Configure- > Form Builder.

Hi Nikhil, 

 

Thank you for your suggestion but it was already in the list view with no records. I had missed a step where under HHD, I had to click on NEW tab in the top right corner and then I was able to find configure-form builder using the additional actions.
