ServiceNow Fundamentals Xanadu - Lab 4.1.1 (Section 2) -Additional actions not showing Form

ServiceNow Fundamentals Xanadu - Lab 4.1.1 (Section 2) - Additional actions not showing any of the actions like Save, Configure or export etc. I am trying to access Form Builder for Holographic Handheld HHD.

Hi @BhavkhandanG 

 

You’re in the wrong place — you need to click on record. Then you’ll get the form builder, where you can create the form, and the header bar will appear.

Open any HHD record in form view, and you’ll see the same thing as shown in the screenshot.

Hi Atul, 

 

Thank you for your suggestion. I indeed was missing a step where under HHD, I had to click on NEW tab in the top right corner and then I was able to find configure-form builder using the additional actions. 

 

One thing though, after i clicked on my NEW record, I didn't get as many options as shown in your screenshot, I only got the ones shown in my new screenshot.

Hi @BhavkhandanG ,

 

Navigate to list view and right click on any column. From the context menu - Click on Configure- > Form Builder.
