Good day
I trust this question finds you all well.
What does it mean when you have logged into the NOW Learning Portal and you see the following message...
"The content is retired"? See below image
Does this mean that the course information can no longer be used?

Start it over since it is a new course. Probably no way to know where in the course updates may have been made.

Online learning can be really hit-or-miss, especially when you’re trying to balance quality content with practical application. I’ve taken a few courses where the material seemed solid but the support or guidance was nearly nonexistent, which made it frustrating to stay on track. That’s why I value having a reliable point of contact when things get confusing. From my experience, Teaching Strategies customer service was super helpful — they answered questions promptly and clarified course materials without making it feel like a hassle. Having that kind of support really makes online learning feel manageable and way less stressful.
