Not filtering properly

Hello I am trying to complete this task but im having trouble. I keep inputting the correct filter but I see no options to when it does filter out my options.

 

Build a Filter and run the list of Open incidents to show incidents for which the assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk.

 

This is what my instance looks like

it should show 7 results but it shows nothing

It means there is no incident for same criteria. Are you trying in PDI ?
