Hello everyone,

 I received this email and I don’t really understand it. Can someone please explain to me and which option will I pick. Thank you

This is auto email, when now learning team provided you solution. if you think the solution provided by team works for you please accept else reject and what more information you need please add in rejection comments. 

 

Once you accept, the case will moved to close state and cant be reopen. if no response in 5 days, case will auto close.
