ServiceNow Foundations Course
Module 1: Introduction and Overview
In Module 1, you will get an introduction and overview of how to interact with and navigate through this Foundations course.
In Module 2, you will take a closer look at the welcome screen and home pages by role, as well as the content pane information formats.
Module 3: Navigation and Search
In Module 3, you will navigate using filters and breadcrumbs and learn about right and left mouse clicks. Finally, you will look at the five different methods of searching in ServiceNow.
In Module 4, you will learn what you can see and do as a ServiceNow End User.
In Module 5, you will learn what you can see and do as a ServiceNow ITIL User. An ITIL User has all of the capabilities of an end user but can also investigate and handle incidents.
Module 6: System Administrator
In Module 6, you will learn what you can see and do as a System Administrator. As a system administrator you have all functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
Generally Supported Web Browsers
The Foundations Course Modules are supported on recent versions of most major browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

I have the system administration participant guide that was given to me by my supervisor to embark on the system administration training. While going through the sefl-paced training, I discovered that the booklet is not up to date. My question is, how do I get the current version of the booklet?

- How to use various features and applications
- How to use role-based scenarios to show the workflow and interactivity of the ServiceNow platform
- About creating an incident, investigating a problem and recommending a change by experiencing ServiceNow in various roles (End User, ITIL User, and System Administrator)

ServiceNow does not provide updated versions of our course materials as we continually update the content. If you took the course previously and have been using the platform, it would not likely be as beneficial since it is targeted at new users. If you want to find information and discuss functions and features in the new release, a great place to start is https://community.servicenow.com/community/product-launch.

I found that 'Fulfiller Traning' prerequisites is to complete 'Foundation Course', but I do not see any enrolment for Foundation Course, if so how will i prove that I have completed the 'Foundation Course', please help. Thanks.

I'm a US government employee. I'm been approved to take the System Admin course, but when I try to pay for it, I get error message indicating that my address is wrong and the taxes cannot be determined.
I have called every phone number on the ServiceNow sites, but I'm not able to reach anyone. Can you give me a reliable phone number to reach someone or tell me how to get this issue resolved?
