Hi,

i recently started working on ServiceNow and a new to it. Can somebody please provide me few links to ServiceNow training videos / ppts apart from the link below since i already gone through that:

Do i need to be a JavaScript expert to work on ServiceNow implementation, configuration and customization? and why?

I too am new to SN. There's great info on the SN wiki site but I'm looking for material that I would get as if I were in a classroom setting.

What would be a great start is a 'Service Now for dummies' manual. Not to say that we are a bunch of dummies huddled around a computer, but a basic intro to SN and then gradually transition to admin, developer, and ITIL training.

SN appears to be a great tool; all the pieces are a little overwhelming-
