User Training and Super User Training

Hi Community, this is first of many posts, I expect!

I am currently working my way through a Service-now implementation and we plan to go live in 6 weeks.

I have to start getting all the users trained and ready for this new solution, I would like to see some example User training guides to help me develop my own, unfortunately I can find any!

We also have three groups a user could fall into, Basic user, Super user and then Admin, has anyone here had a similar separation of users and that could advice me on how you tackled training or what privileges on the Service-now environment each user had?

Hi Jacob, We'd created a Using Service-now for Process Users training manual and posted to this forum. You can find it at Using Service-now for Process Users manual
It is in a MS Word format so feel free to edit as you need. Any improvements or feedback would be appreciated.
