ServiceNow University : Creating Tracks from 0 to hero program

Hi, 

I work with universities and we are planning to roll out a track for ServiceNow.  

I am just wondering if anyone were able to create a track from 0 to hero program, 

For example : 

Basic :

Intermediate : 

Advance : 

Expert : 

University students are usually generalist at first, theres no right role for the meantime.  But we wanted to prepare them for the work that's waiting for ServiceNow specialists.

As an empaneled interviewer in my workplace, I often come across university and college students who are certified in CSA, CAD, or both.

If students have genuinely completed these certifications and actively practiced real-world use cases in their PDI, they will certainly develop into specialists in the field.

My Recommendation path for 0 to hero program would be

1. First Go through Welcome to ServiceNow course so that you can smoothly navigate within the tool.

2.  Start for CSA course and certification

• Then complete  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  course from Servicenow University
• Practice again all lab task in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock question with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.

3. Once CSA cert is done, Prepare for CAD

• First complete  Certified Application Developer (CAD) Learning Path  course from Servicenow University
• Practice again all lab task in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock question with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified Application Developer (CAD) Exam Blueprint 
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.
