ServiceNow University - Error when trying to open My Instance

I am in the middle of the Catalog Builder Fundamentals course. When trying to open My Instance, I am the following error: "Hmmm… can't reach this page. The connection was reset.".
My internet connection is fine. I have cleared my cache, restarted my browser, and restarted my machine. Nothing works. I have never received this error before.
Any ideas?

I have enrolled in the course, and it is working fine for me.
Could you please try again? The issue might have occurred due to a ServiceNow deployment happening at the same time, or because your instance has expired.
You can terminate the current instance and request a new one.
If the issue persists with the new instance as well, please raise a case by navigating to Help Center and clicking on Create Case.
