Trouble logging into accounts.inkling.com

Hi all,

 

I'm having trouble logging into my account on accounts.inkling.com. When I try to click "Forgot Password," I don't receive any email. Do I need to create a separate account, and if so, how do I do that? Or will my NowLearning account work for this?

You need to create an Inkling account. It's not the same as your Now Learning account.

 

If you have succesfully signed up for a Now Learening course, you should have received an email with these instructions:

 

New Inkling Users: If you have not set up your ServiceNow Inkling account, please check your inbox for an email from Now Learning with the subject line “Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library.”

I reviewed the email but couldn't find any information related to this. Do we have any step-by-step instructions on how to link the account? I also tried using "Forgot Password," but I'm not receiving any emails.

When you are going for any training on now learning - The first Topic is E-book help - Check that Topic carefully and you will get details how to do it. If you already got your e-book or have Inkling account - you may have received a mail on your registered Email ID (registered with now learning), search that mail and if you are not able to do anything than raise a case with ServiceNow.

Hi @Harmanpreet  - Log a case with Now Learning support. Tell them you haven't received the email explaining how to link your account to Inkling.
