ServiceNow University - My Course Status is not updating

I completed the Application Development Fundamentals on demand course, but it's only showing as 87% complete - even though all modules do show the completed check mark next to them.  Any ideas on why it's not updating, or how to fix it?

Make sure you watch the entire video until the very end. If you’ve done that and it still shows 87%, it’s better to log a case with the Now Learning team under the Help Center.

Thank you all for the responses.  I have tried all of these suggestions & still no luck, so I'll open a case.
