Simulator for Lists and Tasks

Hi everyone, I have just started my training and my first task is to got o "all". I am not showing this as an option. Is the simulator a different page we should be able to use?

can you please provide more details? for example a screenshot where this "ALL" part is mentioned?

It will most likely be a tab within a ServiceNow instance, e.g.:

and to get there from a training, there shall be a button as this:

Perhaps it's possible that you instance is "sleeping".. that is how ServiceNow saves some operational costs that inactive instances are sleeping and you need to wake them up before using... so if the Open my instance is not available there shall be Refersh my instance or Wake my instance (something like this, I don't remember exactly but you will see it there eventually). Waking it up can take a couple of minutes but shall not be more than 15 min.

Can you provide more details- which training you have started, whether you are doing it on PDI or you have any lab instance?
