I am doing the same steps following this task but iam facing the issue to valide the task
please help me to sovle the task and i am attaching the screenshot given task please check it once and valide it
Task Instructions:
1. Impersonate Platform User.
2. Personalize the list of Open (Service Desk>Incidents, not Self-Service) Incidents to show Priority as the 2nd column in the list.
3. Build a Filter and run the list of Open incidents to show incidents for which the assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk.
4. Use the List Editor to assign all incidents in the list to Platform User (7 incidents).
5. Filter a new list of Open incidents for which the assigned to field is Platform User and the Assignment Group is Service Desk (10 incidents).
6. Make the list a favorite and name it My Incidents. Select a color and icon of your choice.

At one of the steps something isn't done as the course is expecting. We don't have access to your instance, so we can't validate what went wrong.
Run through it again and ensure you create the favorite from the new list and not the one you created in step 4. If it still doesn't validate, create a case with NowLearning.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @kondamR,
I believe it can be due to skipping the impersonation part... you were supposed to be impersonating Platform User but the right upper corner is obviously the Sys Admin:
Click the right upper corner, select Impersonation > Platform User and then repeat the same steps and your task will be validated OK.
While impersonating them, it will be "PU" instead of the image of admin...
